I have always been health conscious and think that taking care of yourself and your body are so important. It all started with my love for kale smoothies, green juice, and yoga in high school. Since then I have moved away to college where I have to make my own food which has challenged me to find the easiest healthly meals. I have also discovered Pure Barre and Party on A Bike and most recently F Factor. I'm starting a Wellness Wednesday Series every Wednesday to share some of my favorite recipes, workouts, workout wear, and routines.
