Today's post is up a little late because this morning at 9:30 I took my 100th Pure Barre class! If you didn't already know I love and am obsessed with Pure Barre. I took my first class over a year ago on January 21st and I've been hooked ever since. I was one of the first fifty client to complete fifty classes on April 28th, making my one of the 'Founding Fifty' and now almost a year later I finally hit 100 classes. I hope I can hit the 250 milestone before graduation next year.
I try to go everyday while I'm here at school, and I've been pretty good about it lately. Pure Barre is the best workout I have found that I like to do and have been able to stick with. I love that every class is different but the same. The flow of class stays the same but the exercises vary. Over time knowing what I'm doing has gotten easier but every class is just as challenging and shaky as the last. Finding your shakes in each class and then stretching it all out it so satisfying. My favorite part of barre isn't the work out but that I get to have an hour for just myself, I get to get out of the house, off campus and out of my head.
