Today I'm sharing another one of my favorite recipes! I love smoothies in the morning because they are so quick and easy, and can be on the go if you are short on time! One of my favorite quick smoothies is they Chocolate Peanut Butter one. I love to make this smoothie before I workout in the morning, or as a quick breakfast before class. Its super easy to make and there are only 5 ingredients:
1 Frozen Banana
3 TBS of PB2
1 TS of Cacao Powder
1 Cup of Coconut Milk ( or any kind of milk)
1 Squeeze of Agave (optional)
I put all of the ingredients in my Vitamix (putting the powders in last) on the smoothie setting. When it's done the smoothie is very thin, which I like for this recipe, but for a thicker smoothie you could use less milk, or add ice. It tastes like a milkshake but theres no dairy and less sugar!
